I love drinking clean water. Any live without it.
The customer service is terrific and the pitcher is easy to wash. With every other brand of water filtration that we've tried over the years (pitchers, counter-top units, under-the-sink units) we have always struggled to thread the filters on properly and then we'd have to remove them and start over due to leakage, but these filters were easier to thread ~ we only had to twist them on a few times to get them to look completely straight, and once on they did not leak at all...sooo much easier. We also like the specs regarding how the pitcher is made and what the filters do, and it has made our tap water taste pure and clean.
